Position:         Asst. Manager - Maintenance

Location:        Vapi

Experience:    8 - 12 Years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Multi skilling in mechanical & Electrical, Keeping knowledge & to take possible corrective actions regarding each machine in the plant.
• Supervision on preventive & Breakdown maintenance, Plant up keep.
• Supervision on outside vendor works as for AC, Lift etc.
• To communicate with AMC suppliers and get the services / work done.
• ISO documentation, manpower management, smooth power distribution during the work.
• Supervision of Project work like shifting of machines and new machine installations.
• Thoroughly hands on experience in pneumatic, hydraulic systems regarding each machine & utilities.
• To take care of Govt. approvals wherever applicable like Lifts, pressure vessels, compressors, DG set, weighing machine, plant building etc.
• Monitoring on power consumption on day to day basis. Coordination with HOD’s to understand their break downs and to provide necessary solutions without loss of working hours.
• To maintain all the necessary records for internal / external audits.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanial/Electrical

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
