Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

Customer Interaction:

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about the products/services offered.

Sales Targets:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Update and maintain the customer database with accurate and timely information.
Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Follow-ups:

Conduct follow-up calls to customers for feedback and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure potential leads are converted.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated with product/service information and market trends.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
