Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Collection Executive / Collection Executive with a background in any loan industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing collections for various types of loans such as personal loans, auto loans, home loans, and commercial loans. The role involves ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining customer relationships, and minimizing bad debts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection:

   • Manage and execute collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
   • Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of due payments and negotiate payment plans.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collection processes.
   • Handle customer queries and provide solutions to payment-related issues.

3. Payment Tracking:

   • Monitor and track payment schedules and follow up with customers who have overdue accounts.
   • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

4. Negotiation and Settlement:

   • Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers to achieve maximum recovery.
   • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to handle complex cases.

5. Reporting:

   • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding accounts, and recovery rates for management review.
   • Analyze collection data to identify trends and suggest improvements in collection strategies.

6. Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
   • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all collection activities.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the finance and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
   • Provide training and support to junior collection staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections, preferably in the loan industry (personal loans, auto loans, home loans, commercial loans, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory collection role.

Location:

• Ahmedabad 
  
  

Additional Details

• Working Days - Monday to Saturday 
• Working Time -  09 hrs. shift ( 09.30 to 06.30 Approx.)
• Additional travelling allowance - 2000 ( local )  and Outside (Depend on Situation  ) 
• Additional Incentive -  Variable
