Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with a background in used car loans, auto loans, commercial vehicle (CV) loans, tractor loans, or car loans. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in sales, collections, and team handling. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving sales growth, managing collections, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management:

   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
   • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

2. Sales Leadership:

   • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for used car loans and other loan products.
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
   • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

3. Collections Management:

   • Develop and execute effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
   • Monitor delinquency rates and implement corrective actions to minimize bad debts.
   • Handle escalated collection cases and negotiate payment plans with customers.

4. Team Handling:

   • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and collection targets.
   • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
   • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

6. Financial Management:

   • Manage branch budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
   • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for branch performance.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

   • Ensure all branch activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
   • Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role in the loan industry (used car loans, auto loans, CV loans, tractor loans, or car loans).
• Strong sales and collection skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and loan management software.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the automotive finance industry.

Additional Details

• Working Days - Monday to Saturday 
• Working Time -  09 hrs. shift ( 09.30 to 06.30 Approx.)
• Additional Incentive -  Variable
