- Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.
- SEO and SEM:Technical SEO analysis, optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.
- Lead Generation:Increase and meet goals on Lead generation from both Organic and Paid channels (where applicable)
- Data Analysis:Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.
- Social Media Management:Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
- SMS Marketing:Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust based on performance data.
- Budget Management:Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI (where applicable).
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Market Research:Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.
- Find new top- level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic & targeted customers.
- Work with key Affiliate Networks to maximize reach and promotion of Affiliate Programmers.
- One must have familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook ads , SEMRush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Affiliate marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with web design, WordPress and web hosting.
