Job description

  • Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.
  • SEO and SEM:Technical SEO analysis, optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.
  • Lead Generation:Increase and meet goals on Lead generation from both Organic and Paid channels (where applicable)
  • Data Analysis:Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.
  • Social Media Management:Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
  • SMS Marketing:Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust based on performance data.
  • Budget Management:Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI (where applicable).
  • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research:Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.
  • Find new top- level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic & targeted customers.
  • Work with key Affiliate Networks to maximize reach and promotion of Affiliate Programmers.
  • One must have familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook ads , SEMRush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Affiliate marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with web design, WordPress and web hosting.
