Senior HR Executive
Job Description:
Having good experience of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances ( Compensation & wages Structure , Factory Act , PF , ESIC , PT ,Bonus , Statutory Compliance)
HR Audit. (Payroll, compliance, Factory act, admin part, ESIC audit, etc.)
Monthly Salary calculation, PF & ESIC Challan.
Update Attendance register by marking Attendance every day.
Maintaining proper Database for each Employees.
Recruitment & Selection, Pre-Screening Interviews, Post Recruitment & Joining Documentation, Headhunting, Job Portals.
Maintaining personal files for all the employees.
Calculating final dues for fair exit from company.
Sending out emails for meetings, greeting and other events. Organizing General employee-employer meeting, Charity events.
Responsible for all statutory compliances under Labour Laws.
To implement HR policy at company level.
Experience: 3-5 years
Education: MLW,MSW, MBA, HR RELATED DEGREE
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Salary: Up to 35K per month
Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad
