Position Overview;

 smiling from ear to ear. The role will require you to achieve a certain sales target to contribute to the company's overall success.
Strategic Planning and Execution
● Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.

● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

● Goal Setting: Set clear goals and objectives for self and ensure they are met.


Sales and Business Development
● Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed targets, contributing to the company's overall success.

● Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

● Business Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
● Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

● Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultancy services to clients regarding L1 visa applications and related matters.

● Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.


Reporting and Analytics


● Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on business performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction.

● Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy development.

● Stakeholder Communication: Communicate business performance and strategic plans to senior management and other stakeholders.
