Machine operator – Injection moulding machines

Job Description:

1. Manage all operational activities of the moulding department, including production, processing, machine
maintenance, and tool maintenance and repair.
2. Ensure the efficient use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
3. Perform mould set-up and colour changes as required to meet production demands.
4. Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment to ensure product quality and reduce
downtime.
5. Set moulding process parameters to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with all moulding-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
7. Train and develop moulding personnel related to the moulding process.
8. Document, report, and maintain all critical production information.
9. Support new tool design and development.
