Job Description:
- Daily press shop production planning according to customer requirement.
- ➢ Planning to increase the output of press shop( Stamping).
- ➢ Planning & checking the press shop ( Stamping)process for safety & to develop ZERO accident culture.
- Responsible for department cost reductions plan by controlling the daily consumables,
- wastage, reduction in manpower etc.
- ➢ Responsible for VAVE, Kaizen targets.
- ➢ Material handling, preservation & storage during production.
- ➢ Maintenance of press tools & Improvement in tool down time
- ➢ Preparing data on productivity and utilization of resources
