• Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls.
• Generating Leads and be bold enough to handle customers of various kinds.
• Qualify prospect on the basis of suggested guidelines.
• Proper follow-up with the prospects for meetings and coordinate with sales representatives
• Handle outbound/inbound calls on the customer support number and convert them into leads.

Handle chat option on the website to help the visitors to fill-in their details on the chat tool and then convert them into leads.

• Send emails, emailers, catalogues, brochures and other marketing collaterals through email to the prospects and help them with the right set of collaterals. •
• Develop a pipeline for the prospects (should be segmented according to the product).
• Work on up-selling and cross selling.
• To maintain the MIS and reports
• Send emails using provided templates to nurture prospects from the higher hierarchy
• 1+ year of International Tele calling Experience is MUST.
• Excellent Convincing skills.
• Must be proficient in Excel and maintaining data sheets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak well with the prospects/client
