Job Description:

Position – B2B SaaS Sales
Designation – Territory Sales Manager
Function – Business Development
Reporting to – Asst. Mgr - BD
Experience – 2+ Yrs
Location – Coimbatore

Qualification – Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
We are looking for 2+ years of experienced B2B SaaS Sales Territory Manager for the
region around Coimbatore for our flagship product MetalCloud. The person’s
responsibility will require the complete ownership of Lead Generation, to demo
scheduling and conversion of sales. You will also manage a team as and when
required for us to dominate the cluster.
Being a completely untapped sector, you need to start from scratch and generate
leads, qualify them, schedule demos and ultimately convert them to paid clients of
MetalCloud.

 

● Identifying the best clients to invest time on through research, networking and
all possible outreach initiatives.
● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and the problems
of the customer
● Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within target
organizations.
● Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and
campaigns.
● Set up a process to ensure a continuous inflow of leads and conversion.
● Visit clients often in this cluster and consider this a fully on ground role.
● Provide feedback on the problems the clients face and product improvements.

Desired Attributes:

● 2+ years of experienced B2B SaaS
● Must be fluent in Tamil and able to communicate product information during
sales pitches.
● Experience in Generating Leads through networking and research.
● Selling B2B SaaS on ground
Good to have:

● Have done previous sales in small teams handling multiple
projects and responsibilities.
● Experience in tools like Zoho CRM, Tableau,
● Proven track record of B2B Sales in Manufacturing Sector in India
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related
fields.

 

Compensation & Benefits
● Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
● Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs
floater for the family including parents, spouse, children. Top Up option is also
available upon personal request.
