Job Description:
- Commissioning of Heavy Duty Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers and special purpose machines.
- Fault Finding /Troubleshooting/ Electronics/ & Mechanical Repairs/ Preventive Maintenance of CNC and PLC based machines
- Understanding and ability to read Mechanical drawings, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Coolant Hardware Documentation its settings.
- Knowledge of Siemens/Fanuc /Mitsubishi CNC and PLC Controls
- Monitoring of Service Team
- Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
- Identify the team's training needs.
- Manage the team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Respond to enquiries from external stakeholders.
- Supervise Train Captains on-site to monitor service standards.
- Track the team's expenditure to assist in the forecasting of annual operational budgets.
