Deputy Manager - Instrumentation
Job Description:
- Manage the instrumentation maintenance department that provides technical, project management, emergency response, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance support for process related instrument.
- Develop, maintain, and justify the departments' budgets
- Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance on facility instruments to support facility-operating requirements for boilers, chillers & all other process plants.
- Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure production equipment is maintained on consistent basis.
- Provides leadership and support for 10 – 15 applications, all of which are important with several being mission critical.
- RCM Support (PM initiatives, departmental meetings, cycle counts, spare parts inventory)
- Maintenance Operations (Budget, daily management, communication, reduce machine downtime and improve instrument reliability)
- Knowledge about DCS of Yokowaga & Honeywell required
- Training to employees & subordinates.
- Improve Maintenance quality standards
- Facilitate all maintenance projects in site in aspect of Instrumentation.
- LT , FT , RTD , Control valves, GC , Analyzer etc all kind of Instruments selection knowledge.
- All kinds of instruments maintenance & troubleshooting knowledge.
- DCS troubleshooting knowledge.
- Alarm management , DCS Graphics & other all software related to instrumentation.
- Knowledge about Interlock , SIL (Safety Integrity level) & SIS validation
