Package: Basic Salary 1500 QAR + 450 QAR for Food Allowance + Company Accommodation and Transportation.

30 days of paid vacation per year and air tickets once in 2 years.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that databases are current and accessible to authorized personnel. You will work closely with our administrative team to ensure data integrity and to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data as necessary
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Should be able to type a minimum of 35 to 40 words without error in 1 minute, 
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be advantageous
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Great attention to detail
