Job Description:

Job Summary:

The HR Product Innovation Manager is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative HR products and solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and in-depth knowledge of HR practices and technology. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, design and develop new HR products, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product  Management:

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
    • Develop detailed product specifications and work with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
  2. Innovation and Strategy:

    • Identify and assess innovative HR technologies and practices that can be integrated into the organization.
    • Develop business cases for new product initiatives and present to senior leadership.
    • Foster a culture of innovation within the HR team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and integration of new products.
    • Engage with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage external innovation.
  4. Project Management:

    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of HR products.
    • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and track progress against goals and milestones.
  5. User Experience and Adoption:

    • Design user-centric HR solutions that meet the needs of employees and HR professionals.
    • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to facilitate product adoption.
    • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Data and Analytics:

    • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR products.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
