Full Stack Engineer
Job Description:
6+ years experience in a technical Lead position (Tech Lead, Team Led, Manager, etc.)
● 7+ years experience in mobile app and/or web development
● Sound knowledge of Mobile Applications, Rest APIs, HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, React
● Experience with the full software development lifecycle from requirement definition to development to maintenance
● Experience in managing front end development team spread across multiple locations
● Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders like Product Managers and QA ● Motivating and ensuring well-being of engineers to maximize results
● Be accountable for task quality through review and process
● Experience of working with Japanese stakeholders
● Excellent documentation and communication skills
● Conversational Bilingual English Japanese language skill is a must.
● Nice to have experience of managing backend development team
