- Minimum 15+ years in the paper industry
- Oversee the production process and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Lead and manage a diverse team of employees across different levels
- Drive innovation and development of new products
- Optimize the recycling process of wastepaper
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Extensive experience with MG machines and cylinder mold multilayer board machines
- Rich knowledge of industrial and specialty grade papers
- Proven track record in new product development and recycling wastepaper
- Strong man management capabilities, able to handle a workforce of approximately 80-100 individuals across three levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
