Job Description:
Position: QC Engineer
Location: Pardi - Valsad
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all materials received as per the Purchase Order and ensure they meet ACTPL, IS/ASTM Standards, following the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Inform the supplier and dispatch department about any material rejections and hold such materials.
- Develop quality plans for all inward and in-process materials.
- Ensure that drawings for new product/part development are available and check them for requirements and fitment.
- Ensure timely calibration of all instruments.
- Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and records related to the QC department.
- Conduct quality audits at supplier plants.
- Provide feedback on design trends and non-conformities.
- Handle all third-party inspections and audits.
