Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Lead and collaborate on the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
• 3D Perspectives: Prepare 3D perspectives to visualize design concepts.
• Drafting: Draft detailed technical and shop drawings.
• Material Specifications: Prepare the material specification matrix.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver customized design solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the project vision and address any on-site issues.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and detailed drawings to clients.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
