Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Senior/Lead Estimation Engineer MOC / Construction)

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: 15 years

Qualification: The candidate shall be B.E. or B.Tech. in Mechanical with minimum 15 years' Experience out of which minimum 5 years' experience (Gulf specially KSA) in Estimation for Maintenance, Shutdown's, Turnaround's for OIL, GAS & PETROCHEMICAL industries and preferably from the related field.

• Preferably have Experience in Pre-planning & Planning for SABIC / Saudi Aramco Shutdowns or else in related same kind of Industrial fields.

Salary Range: Basic of 14 K Sar

Notice Period: Within 30 days

Status : Family

Working hours : 10 hours per days / 5 days a week

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Objective to develop required profitable business through competitive estimates as per given targets.
2. Prepare winning strategy in discussion with Estimation Manager for grabbing right market share.
3. Ability to lead the bid by coordinating with supporting department and lead the technical proposal preparation through coordinator. 
4. Attend the job ex. Meeting/ site visits / prepare detailed clarifications.
5. Coordinate with internal departments for required feedback (execution / resources/ procurement/ contracts) and incorporating feedbacks in the bid.
6. Launch RFQ for materials, vendors and subcontractor to get quote. Make technical and commercial evaluation to select the right quote.
7. Preparation of presentation for Management / BOD
8. Study scope of work and tender documents and understand the exact requirement for the estimation.
9. Prepare the tender cost estimation by considering all required formalities related to manpower recruitment, site facilities and indirect resources for manpower bids.
