Job Description:

have an immediate opening for the role of Graphics Designer. The Graphics Designer is responsible for
designing aesthetics of toys including colors and design, box packaging design, launch posters and other
static graphics, coordinate with external agencies etc. This an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly
work environment with a team that is passionate and creative.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with fellow illustrators to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive
graphics for the products.
2. Determine the theme of the project.
3. Design premium sophisticated packaging for our products after thoroughly understanding the
toy category.
4. Product design aligning to the theme.
5. Suggest best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
6. Establish creative direction for the brand considering the market.
7. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
8. Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts considering the brand aspects.
9. Ensure projects are completed promptly with a quality graphics.
10. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Qualification and skill set:
1) Thorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw and other relevant softwares
2) Relevant education and work experience
3) 2+ years' experience in similar field
4) Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
5) Language: Hindi and English
Preferences:
1) Work experience in product design and box packaging design
2) Knowledge of MS Office
