Job Description:
Electrical Test & Measuring Equipment’s / Process Control Automation Products.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed reports on the company’s software applications and services
- Ensure the company’s products are aligned with consumer trends
- Make consultations regarding the product development with the management and sales teams
- Install, update, and maintain applications
- Train salespeople on product usage and specifications
- Improve front-end functionality by evaluating metrics on the system’s performance
- Support clients with application installations, updates, and maintenance
- Increase application functions by incorporating client feedback and complaints and relaying it to the software team
- Review product specifications and develop an in-depth understanding of them
- Perform competitive analysis and produce reports and presentations on competitors as well as consumer behavior
- Identify technical errors with the software system and other issues
