Job Description:
- Set and achieve EPR targets to generate revenue across all geographies wherever JUIL WtE Plants are functional – competitive benchmark and revenue management through benchmarking and service fees revenue management
- Create marketing assets and defining EPR channel strategy – support team with short term and long term approach to make this role a profit centre for the Company
- Reporting monthly forecast for revenue generation – scope pricing and promotions for EPR Services offered by JUIL with P&L analysis and mechanisms for revisions and market adjustments
- Responsible for EPR compliances including filing of EPR registration application of brands
- Key account management including pitching EPR service – create pipeline of companies who seek EPR services and responsible for successfully meeting commercial target. Coordinate with waste collectors, scrap dealers, collection partners and recyclers
- Market development, competitive pricing and preparing Agreements with Producers, Importers and Brand Owners ('PIBOs') for selling EPR Certificates.
- Manage EPR compliance for plastic waste management across all locations in India.
- Oversee the EPR portal, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient certificate generation.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect documents required for EPR certificate generation.
- Upload all necessary details onto the CPCB EPR portal for certificate issuance.
- Negotiate pricing with customers to maximize revenue from EPR sales and prepare approval notes for EPR pricing to be signed by Plant Head and Business Head.
- Monitor certificate generation and transfer them to respective client wallets on the CPCB EPR portal.
- Prepare supporting documentation corresponding to the transferred EPR certificates.
- Maintain all documentation for EPR audits.
- Generate invoices for EPR certificates transferred to clients within SAP system.
- Compile & clean data, data analysis and preparation of EPR MIS/ periodic reports on EPR activities and performance.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments on EPR invoices.
- Reconcile ledger discrepancies with client ledgers.
- Stay updated on EPR regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve EPR program efficiency.
