Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Senior Sales Manager  for a reputed Company in Real estate industry at the Navi Mumbai (Kharghar) Locations.

Key Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to uncover new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and pursue opportunities that align with the company's target market and offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to effectively position our services and propose tailored solutions.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our value proposition and win new business.
  • Customize proposals to address client requirements and differentiate our offerings from competitors.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide feedback from the market to inform product/service enhancements and improvements.

 

Candidates Profile:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for MBA candidates.
  • At least 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving business growth objectives preferably in real estate.
  • Exceptional understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing decisions and gaining trust.
  • Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset and a results-driven approach.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both as an individual contributor and a team player.
