Position                : Sales & Marketing Representative - HRMS

Salary                  : 25K to 40K (Depends on Interview)

Job Location         : Pitampura, Delhi

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients for a Workforce Management Application.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Core HR Services & HRMS software.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.
  • Provide expert-level support for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting.

Requirements and skills:

  • Strong understanding of HRMS concepts and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present solution to clients.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Ability to build new business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with the corporate clients.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the corporate sales field.
