Activities:
1. Deriving the quantity for Civil work estimate either from drawing or site visit.
2. Preparation of Estimate.
3. Measurements taken for billing.
4. Preparation of detailed billing with abstract finalisation.
5. Dealing with clients Engineer for bill checking and verification till end.
- Mandatory experience in Civil Construction billing.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Measurement Sheets.
- Good understanding of GST billing and taxation.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
