Job Description:
Position: IT Officer -ERP
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 2- 3 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ERP implementations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize ERP software to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities, fostering smooth adoption and utilization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT, networking, hardware, and intercom systems to support ERP integration.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable IT infrastructure for ERP systems.
- Monitor ERP system performance and implement enhancements to optimize functionality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in ERP solutions.
