Job Description:
Experience : 3-5 yeas (Chilled water system design in must)
- Have experience in HVAC design e.g. chiller, VRV, AHU, Heat loading and ducting
- Key Skills: Heat load , pump head calculation , AutoCAD drawing preparation , BOM working , indenting , TDS preparation , coordination with consultant and PMC for approval etc.
- Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system simulations for optimized HVAC performance.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed HVAC design drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate HVAC systems.
- Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to ensure HVAC systems meet performance standards.
- Research and implement energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC technologies.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
