Assistant Manager - Instrumentation
Job Description:
Handling General Shift duty, Preventive maintenance, Break down maintenance , conditioning monitoring & Control panel maintenance, modification jobs, spare management. Manpower management
Capable of working with PLC(Siemens, Allen Bradley) and DCS(Yokogawa). Project work and modification work. Knowledge of commissioning and troubleshooting field instruments (i.e. Mass flow meter, Vortex flow meter, DP flow meter, Level measurement, etc..). Hand on experience of PID controller, Control panel design, scanner. Hands on experience of Analytical instruments(i.e. Ph meter, Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, Oxygen analyzer, TOC analyzer, CEMS system).
He should knowledge of spare management
Knowledge of Process plant(Textile/Chemical/Steel) & Utility maintenance(Power plant maintenance will be an added advantage)
Capable of handling Manpower
Knowledge of PID controllers, field instruments and analyzer
Interdepartmental communication ability
Handle the position as a Senior Instrumentation engineer and involved in preventive maintenance, calibration procedures, operation, troubleshooting & resolving technical problems
