Job Description:
Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - HR
Location: Jhagadia nearby Ankleshwar
Experience: 7 - 8 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Review and Monitor manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment for Blue Collar Employees.
- Maintain Database of Potential Candidate for future requirements.
- Sourcing of Candidates through Websites / Consultants / Placement agencies.
- Initial Screening of Resume before submitting to respective area.
- To ensure the various guidelines of Group pertaining to Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure Smooth on Boarding of New Joiners.
- Prepare and Maintain the Goal Setting Exercise for the organization, timely mid-term and annual review exercise.
- Performance based base increment distribution and implement the approved increment.
- HRMS Data Updating & Managing.
- Employee Life Cycle Management
- To prepare Annual Calendar & Implementation of Training.
- Drive the Training at Unit Level.
- Preparing the TNI at Unit / Departmental Level.
- Prepare and Maintain Competency Matrix as per Business Requirements.
- To prepare Engagement Annual Calendar.
- Plan, Organize and Track the plan activity.
- Review the Employee Engagement survey and outputs of Activity.

Required Qualification: - MBA (HR)/ MHRD /MLW / MSW
