Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  • Create awareness of Quality standard and requirement across plant(Operators, helpers & Supervisors) with training, display of Do s - Don’t, comparison of acceptance / non-acceptance with images
  • Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
  • Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations
  • Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards by ensuring in-process – final & surprise process audits
  • Record findings and relay this information to the production team – Checklist, Rejection analysis etc.
  • Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality along with CAPA
  • Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Making & adhering Quality Assurance Plan(QAP) and handling Third Party Inspection(TPI)
  • Making Master list & sustaining calibration of all measuring instruments
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to positively influence others & Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
