Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage store budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
