Job Description:
Post: Production Supervisor
Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Salary up to: 4.00 LPA
Practically exposed to complete CNC machining operations (HMC/VMC 5 axis machine & Turning m/c , VTL m/c),
CNC programming (FANUC, MAZAK, DMG Heidenhain, SEIMENS), Fixture setting, Component drawing study,
fulfilling the production target through workload distribution.
Daily work management (D.W.M.) and shift handling
Production planning and problem-solving
Rework, Rejection and line through back monitoring.
Continuous improvement in the process to improve the quality point
Gauges periodic status monitoring in monthly bases
Cost saving ideas for the improvement of the department.
Looking at the quality-related PM charts.
Ensure 1S-2S on the shop floor.
Knowledge about HMC, VMC as well as programme editing
Daily KAIZEN, TPM for improving the process
Introduction of idea generation through CIT
