Executive – Accounts & Finance - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - Delhi (Okhla Phase 3)

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive – Accounts & Finance for a reputed Company in FMCG industry at the Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding vendor bills as per the GST Norms.
• Knowledge of booking of import invoice, bill of entry and its taxes.
• Handling communication with vendors and checking their statements to make sure everything’s correct.
• Knowing about GST and how it applies on sales & purchase invoices.
• Knowing when TDS applies to transactions.
• Strong fundamental accounting knowledge for entry part of journal, purchase & sales.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamic Business Central (if possible, Business 365) – optional
• Strong reconciliation of vendor and customer where multiple transactions are involved.
• Basic knowledge of GST returns and impact analysis with the vendor & customer invoice.
• Co – ordinate with multiple Centers for specific reason & implements.
• Booking general expenses along with employee’s reimbursement.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable & GL reconciliation.

Age:  23 to 28 Years

Candidates Profile:

• Knowledge of MS Excel and GST.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting & Taxes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central will give advantage.
• Vendor reconciliation.
• Candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skill with good knowledge of fundamental of accounting & taxes, good in MS Excel and Navision Business Central.
