- -Execute the entire project based on the activities done in planning & detailing phase
- - Monitor & analyse the current project implementation procedure by relevant studies of activities done during detailing phase
- - Prepare execution plan as per detailing at site and coordinate with internal resources and external vendors for the smooth execution of project
- - Ensure the delivery of the project within the scope, timeline, and budget
- - Inspect the project equipment received at site to ensure that they are matching with the standard parameters as defined in purchase orders during planning phase
- - In-charge of safety at site for project execution, follow & implement site HSE rules and housekeeping standards to maintain safe and clean work environment
- - Conduct JSA (Job Safety Analysis) before initiating any work and issue permits accordingly Participate in RCA(Root Cause Analysis) as and when required for any deviation
- - Ensure that the equipment is installed as per standard specifications.
