Job Description:

Job Summary:
The position of Manager for Order Management and Cash pertaining to Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings entails the supervision of the end-to-end order-to-cash process. This includes the responsibility of ensuring streamlined order processing, timely delivery, and effective cash management. The role necessitates exemplary leadership capabilities, a profound comprehension of supply chain procedures, and substantial expertise in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the domain of ductile iron pipes and fittings.
Key Responsibilities:
 Order Management:
o Oversee the order management process from order entry to delivery.
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
o Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
o Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays.
 Inventory Management:
o Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.

o Coordinate with production planning to align inventory with forecasted sales.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
 Customer Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding order status and delivery.
o Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
 Cash Management:
o Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
o Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
o Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
 Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements within the order-to-cash cycle.
o Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Utilize technology and automation to streamline processes.
 Reporting and Analytics:
o Prepare and present regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and cash flow.
o Analyze data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
 Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
o Master’s degree preferred.
 Experience:
o 7+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or cash management.
o Proven experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in ductile iron pipes and fittings.
o Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional processes.
 Skills:
o Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain management.
o Excellent organizational and project management skills.
o Proficiency in SAP SD & MM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Certifications:
o APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
o Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
First preference will be from similar industry.

Our client incorporated in the year 2004 in West Bengal. It is 1.50 MTPA State-Of-Art Integrated Steel manufacturing facility comprises of viz., Pellet, Sinter, Pig iron, Sponge Iron, Ductile Iron Pipe, Billet, TMT & Wire Rod. The Kitty of products also include Ferro Alloys and 120 MW of Captive Power Generation Plant. Pellet has a production of 2.1 MTPA & will be expanded to 3.3 MTPA.
