Job Description:

Job Roles 

1 Strong exposure of new product development of construction chemicals along with production planning. 

2 Directs and Execute activities of Lab in process of new product development, prepare MSDS and Process Sheets, Job Sheets with internal coding of Raw material. 

3 Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. 

4 To deliver allocated development of new products on-time, in-budget and to-specification 

5 Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus 

6 Directs and Execute in planning for Raw Material for new product development and product modifications with purchase department and production department well in advance 

7 Preparing plans, designs, cost estimates and specifications for experimental, maintenance, or modernization programs to define most feasible approach to technical problems 

8 To ensure that all internal R & D systems and practices of Company are in alignment with the Company strategy, monitor the execution of the Research & Development of New Products 

9 To deliver allocated development of new products on-time, in-budget and to-specification
