Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: 8 years of finance experience in business, 3 of which should have been at a senior level. Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualification: Must be a member of an internationally recognised professional accounting institute or equivalent,Tertiary level qualification in finance or related discipline.

Salary Range: Open for Discussion

Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Overview: Responsible for ensuring strategic financial Business Unit support and effective management of all aspects of corporate financial management including financial reporting and the controls required for an effective Financial Management function of ICC.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages all financial management operations including annual planning & budgeting, account finalization entries, billing, inventory management & reconciliation monthly revenue & accruals & capex evaluation and analysis.

Prepares and publishes monthly financial statements according to a set monthly timetable compliant with set policies and procedures.

Coordinates the preparation of financial reporting as per set standards of reporting to agreed timescales.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant financial accounting legislation and policies.

Ensure the effective and efficient management of VAT,WHT & ZAKAT Returns.

 

Ensure prepayment booking and amortization process are managed effectively and compliant with policy.

Supports corporate audit process by ensuring internal controls and accounting systems covering operational procedures are effective and efficient

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting are managed at a high standard of financial accounting best practise. Continuously review and improve financial and accounting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy and transparency.

Responsible for maintaining the BU general ledger in terms of established procedures.

Oversees the preparation of supporting schedules and analyses and reconciles bank statements and cash accounts and related bank processes to the general ledger

Ensures the effective and efficient management of the BU budgeting planning, monitoring and correction processes including relevant support with bidding processes, investment appraisal and new project feasibility, trade finance & LC,BC etc, booking.

Responsible for BU's fixed asset recording, monitoring & reporting processes including managing BU insurance processes.

Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management.

Responsible for ensuring IKTVA & local content support to the BU are  managed efficiently.

Ensures that an effective succession plan is developed for key positions in the department.

Carryout any other duties and anaylsis as assigned by the BU
