Job Description:

Project Management:
 Manage and coordinate all on-site electrical construction activities in alignment with project plans,
schedules, and budgets.
 Develop and maintain detailed work schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
 Identify and address potential technical risks, delays, or challenges promptly, devising solutions
collaboratively.

 Site Supervision and Coordination:

 Supervise and guide on-site electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of
workmanship.
 Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, the EPC contractor, vendors, and client
representatives.
 Technical Expertise:
 Good understanding of the installation and commissioning of solar plant electrical systems, including:
o PV modules and mounting structures
o Inverters and transformers
o HT/LT switchgear, cables, and protection systems
 Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective measures effectively.
 Actively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
