Job Description:

The person we are looking to hire could be designated as a "General Manager" (GM) or "Operations
Manager." This individual would oversee all departments and ensure the smooth operation of the
company in owner’s absence. Here are some responsibilities for this role we are looking for:

General Manager / Operations Manager Responsibilities:

1. **Overall Management:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments: accounts, marketing, production,
administration, and technical staff.
- Ensure efficient and effective daily operations.

2. **Customer Handling:**
- Manage key customers with special necessity and handle customer, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

3. **Staff Supervision:**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance and address any issues.

4. **Reporting:**
- Prepare regular reports on company performance, and other relevant metrics for the owner.
- Keep the owner informed about significant developments, challenges, and opportunities
including MIS

5. **Operational Efficiency:**
- Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

6. **Financial Oversight:**
- Take necessary steps for cost control.
- Work closely with the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,
accounts receivable and accounts payable

7. **Strategic Planning:**
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

8. **Customer Service Support:**
- Develop and maintain a customer service strategy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train staff on customer service best practices.

9. **Crisis Management:**
- Handle emergencies and unexpected issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop contingency plans for various scenarios.

10. **Communication:**
- Act as a liaison between the owner and the staff.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the organization.


11. Hiring Staff:
• Recruitment: Handle the hiring process for new staff when current employees leave.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the
company.
• Onboarding: Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and integrated into the team.


Candidate Profile
• Should have technical background ( Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics/mechanical)
• Atleast 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing company. (Below three years of experience should
not apply)
• Experience in managing various department
• Ability to manage and guide marketing executives
• Good communication and computer(e-mail, office and internet) skills is must.
• Should have high writing skills
• Should be based in Vadodara
• Ability to work independently and have ability to work in team
