Job Description:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job location- Saudi Arabia

Experience- Minimum 7years

Budget: 7k SAR- 10k SAR

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Building business relationships and proactively supporting partners, Internal team and customers.
  • Achieving designated sales target within your territory.
  • Develop and nurture relationship with both new and existing customers
  • Preparing and executing business plans and bids, identifying and developing new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments
  • Generating demand for company Technical Services through a constant and tailored approach
  • towards Power and Oil & Gas Utilities, Process Industries, Engineering Studies & amp; Consultancy.
  • Developing the business by identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.
  • Organised planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering background, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Proven professional experience as an electrical sales engineer or related role.
  • Industry work experience of a minimum of 7 years in selling technical services directly to the ARAMCO, SEC, SABIC, etc.
  • Ability to drive and travel extensively around the region and outside the base location depending on the business requirements.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and work cohesively with the stakeholders to maximize output.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organization skills, problem solving and analytical skill.
  • Fluency in English is must and business communication in Arabic language is an advantage.
