Job Description:
Debtors/Account Collection |
A Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred |
Good convincing power, Communication skills, Data Analysis, Good in Excel formulas |
The candidate should have Experience in Bank as collection,NBFS, Finance. |
Monitor accounts/debtors on a daily basis |
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, checking invoices, sending bill. |
Identify outstanding account receivables |
Investigate historical data for debts and bills |
Take actions in order to encourage timely payments |
Process payments and refunds |
Resolve billing issues |
Resolve customer credit issues |
Supervising and tracking accounts, write-offs, and reversals. |
Communicating and following up with customers via phone, email, for collecting payments. |
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date. |
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress |
