Job Description:

Designation - Counter Attendant
Salary - Best in the industry (It will be on Talisman HR solutions payroll)
Experience - 1 year/Fresher also welcome.

We are looking for a personable counter attendant to welcome our guests in a friendly and polite manner. The responsibilities of the counter attendant include:-
1. Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome.
2. Answering questions about the sweets, and making note of special requests, if required.
3. Assembling and packaging takeaway orders.
4. Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the sweet display counters clean and presenting themselves in a decent and clean manner, i.e. keeping uniforms clean, wearing hair coverings and gloves at all times.
5. Replenishing items in all counters when required.
6. Serving customers from the counter.
7. Complying with company policies.
8. Upselling products and helping to reach the target
9. Will be handling both billing and counter.
10. Should be neat and clean, have a nice, polite tone and be presentable
11. Men- Should be clean shaved
12. Should be willing to travel and work from any location in case needed to.

9 hours rotating shift, 6 days working including Sunday, week-off will be given any day between Monday to Thursday and will be working on festival like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year & any other major festivals.

Timings-
Marine Lines location- 1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
3.30 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.

Ghatkopar location - 1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
6.00 p.m. to 2.00 a.m.

Borivali location- 1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
6.00 p.m. to 2.00 a.m.
