Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to manage various financial tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, Stock Management, and offline report preparation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in International accounting, proficiency in Xero, and the ability to input and reconcile financial data accurately. Additionally, this role requires effective communication skills and the capability to generate performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR):
    • Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
    • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable (AP):
    • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
    • Reconcile supplier statements and address any issues.
  • Payroll:
    • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
    • Maintenance of payroll will be monthly and bi monthly for records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stock Management:
    • Monitor and manage stock levels.
    • Perform regular stock reconciliations and report discrepancies.
  • Bookkeeping:
    • Conduct daily reconciliations of financial transactions.
    • Review and enter accounting data accurately.
  • Fixed Assets Registration:
    • Maintain a register of fixed assets.
    • Track and update asset information as required.
  • CRM Integration:
    • Input Xero/accounting data into our CRM systems when needed.
  • Offline Report Preparation:
    • Prepare and analyse financial reports.
    • Generate performance reports and present findings to management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Accounting-related education background (degree or certification) with knowledge of International accounting standards and regulations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
