Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all purchase bill entries using Tally software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Collaborate with the purchase and sales departments to verify and process purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist in preparing reports and financial statements related to purchases.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts payable and vendor statements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant in the purchase department.
- Expertise in using Tally for accounting and purchase bill entry..
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- B.Com. qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
