Position: Collection Officer
Department: Loan Collection
Responsibilities:
Contact borrowers for outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and schedules
Maintain accurate records of collection activities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment issues
Prepare and submit regular reports on collections
Requirements:
Education: 12th grade and Graduation
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Banking & Finance product collection
Other:
Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license
Age: Up to 32 years
