Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with fluent English and approximately one year of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of the IT industry, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our IT solutions and services, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs and pain points.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
