Job Title: Sales Manager - Team Handling (HL/LAP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team to achieve targets in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products
- Develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and ensure compliance
- Analyze sales performance, identify risks, and improve processes
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of sales team management experience in NBFC
- Strong knowledge of HL and LAP products
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Age up to 38 years
