Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. The role includes promoting our products to potential and existing customers, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:


1. Technical Sales:
- Understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements.


2. Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations, installations to showcase the value and functionality of our products.

3. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Technical Support:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance and functionality.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
