Sales Executive – Home Loan & LAP

Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to convince, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
 Experience in Affordable Housing Finance or related fields such as Home Finance or NBFC.
 Strong knowledge of DST (Direct Sale Transaction), HL (Housing Loan), Housing Finance concepts
 Knowledge of loan documentation process.

Job Description
 Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and
expanding customer relationships.
 Develop and maintain a strong understanding of affordable housing products, including DST
(Direct Sale Transaction) offerings.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth through effective communication and
coordination.
 Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements.
 Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
 Need to Source New Business of Home Loan, LAP & Mortgage through Builders, Contractors And
Property Brokers.
